Dear Architect, Dear Analytics Professional, Dear Data Scientist,
Business Analytics is “The systematic leverage of cross functional business information and the resulting optimization of business decisions and processes”. It is one of the five big ICT paradigms (Cloud, Analytics, Mobile, Security, and Social Media) that many organizations are exploring and adopting as part of their business strategy, in order to stay competitive or even in order to survive!
While several companies and public instances already have realized tremendous benefits by applying Analytics in the right way and for the right stakeholders, we feel the need to bring together Architects and Analytics Professionals around some key topics:
- What would be a holistic data management approach to support all required Analytics initiatives and projects in an organization, and what is the associated Data Architecture – including a “Data Reservoir” component?
- Is the next step to Cognitive Computing easy to take? Are there already Use Cases available, and even more, is the technology accessible from the Cloud?
- What about the analysis of Big Data: what are organizations doing today with which types of Big Data and what are the lessons learned?
- How can I integrate Hadoop into my overall Enterprise Architecture?
You like to have an answer to these questions? Join our GSE Architecture Working Group Meeting on March 3rd2015, open for professionals from all ICT consumers and ICT suppliers that have an affinity with Analytics.
Please take a look to the attached agenda and do not hesitate to enroll via the URL you find included.
We hope to meet you on March 3rd!
