IBM DB2 10 for z/OSis already available for a while. A recent survey showed that the majority of the companies in the BeNeLux area will migrated to V10 by the end of this year&hellip\; There are very good reasons to do so \:

  1. Early adopters of DB2 10 said\, &ldquo\;We could not have been more thrilled with all the performance improvements! There is definitely gold in this version and you don&rsquo\;t even need to spend time to find it. It&rsquo\;s truly right out of the box.&rdquo\;
  2. DB2 Version 8 will been withdrawn from service  \;on April 30th 2012.
  3. DB2 Version 9 has been withdrawn from marketing on December 12th 2012.
